The humble beginnings. Choosing a limited color palette.
I start with the background and the large parts.
Slowly I start to put the smaller things into the painting.
Many tiny decision happen at this stage.
Like adding a spiderweb, making the braid ribbon much smaller.
It's finally done!
ps. This is my very first painting easel.
Bought it as a treat to myself.
