Camas Moonlight captures the intense colorful beauty of the Palouse rolling hills. Delicate blue camas bloom beneath the luminous glow of a full moon. 

Camas was an important component of the diets of most indigenous groups located in the Pacific Northwest. In this painting I honor those that came before and cherished the bounty of the earth.
